Terms and Conditions for GrabitBZ Online Marketplace

The Platform is owned and operated by 501 Tracking ("GrabitBZ," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Belize. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. User Conduct:

1.1. You agree to use the Platform and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and any interactions with other users.

2. Account Registration:

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Service Listings and Bookings:

3.1. Vendors and service providers are responsible for accurate and truthful representation of their services in listings.

3.2. Users can book services directly through the Platform. Payment details and terms are specified during the booking process.

4. Payments, Taxes, and Fees:

4.1. Payments for services are processed securely through the Platform. All payment details are encrypted.

4.2. You agree to pay the specified service fee plus any applicable taxes.

4.3. Taxes may vary based on your location and the services you book. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

4.4. Payment provider fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the total payment.

5. Commission from Vendors and Service Providers:

5.1. Vendors and service providers agree to pay GrabitBZ a commission for each successful booking made through the Platform.

5.2. The commission rate is specified in the vendor and service provider agreements.

5.3. GrabitBZ deducts the commission from the total payment before remitting the remaining amount to the vendor or service provider.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

6.1. Cancellation policies are set by the service providers and vendors. Users should review and understand these policies before booking.

6.2. Refund eligibility and procedures are determined by the individual service provider's policy.

7. Privacy:

7.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7.2. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Location Services:**

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

14.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Belize.
